Uses: Overspeed accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Its vulcanization activity temperature is low, it can replace ZDBC, ZDEC, PZ and so on, and the operation safety is better. In particular, this product does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines during rubber processing. This product can also be used as an excellent active agent for thiazole accelerators. When using this product, the blending amount of zinc oxide and sulfur is average, and fatty acids are available or not. It can be added directly to the rubber compound, or it can be made into a dispersion and added to latex. For applications in food-contact rubber products, please refer to the regulations in the relevant sections of FDA and BgVV.
