Properties: TBzTD is a safe secondary amine-based accelerator, mainly used to replace thiuram-based additives TMTD, because the presence of nitrosamines is harmful. According to published literature, N-nitrosodibenzylamine is not carcinogenic.
Uses: In the application of natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber, it can be used as the main accelerator or auxiliary accelerator for rapid vulcanization. Modified natural rubber can be used as an inhibitor when used with ETU. Compared with TMTD, TBzTD is safer to process and has a longer scorch time.
Packing: composite paper bag lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25 kg.
