  Properties: This product is white powder, non-toxic, odorless and bitter. Soluble in acetone, ethanol, insoluble in benzene, gasoline, water. Stable storage.

 

  Uses: This product is one of the non-polluting anti-aging agents. Its performance is similar to the anti-aging agent MBZ. It is used as synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. It has obvious anti-heat aging effect, usually Combined with amines and phenolic antioxidants, it has a synergistic effect and improves the resistance to heat and oxygen aging. It can be used in nitrile rubber. When used together with accelerators M and DM, it can inhibit the accelerated aging of harmful metals. Usually used for transparent rubber products, light-colored and brilliant-colored rubber products. The effect on the vulcanization properties of the compounded rubber is obviously smaller than that of the anti-aging agent MB, and it is usually unnecessary to adjust the vulcanization system due to the use of this product. This product can be used as an auxiliary sensitizer in natural latex foam products. The foam structure is uniform and the effect is better than MB.
