Use:
vulcanizing agent
When synthetic rubber is vulcanized with peroxides, TMPTMA can improve corrosion resistance, aging resistance and hardness. Heat resistance. TMPTMA plasticizes during mixing and has the original hardening effect of vulcanization. It can be used for NBR, EPDM, acrylic rubber.
Crosslinking agent
TMPTMA can reduce the radiation dose, shorten the radiation time, increase the cross-linking density, has the characteristics of low precision, high cross-linking degree, low vapor pressure and fast curing speed. It can be used for photocurable inks and photopolymer materials.
PVC
is blended into the car body sealant, caulking agent and all PVC solutions. For example: 100 parts of PVC, 60 parts of DOP, 2-4 parts of stabilizer, 0.02-0.6 parts of organic peroxide, 5-30 parts of TMPTMA
Wire coating material

Recommended dosage:
When general rubber is used as crosslinking agent (bridging aid), it is recommended to add 2-4PHR
In EVA foam products, it is recommended to add 0.5-1.0PHR
In high hardness products, it is recommended to add 10-20PHR
Storage and transportation: The storage temperature is 16-27℃, avoid direct sunlight. Avoid contact with oxidants and free radicals. It can be stored in a dark PE barrel, and a certain space should be left in the container to meet the oxygen demand of the polymerization inhibitor. Use within six months has the best results.
