Uses: The rubber vulcanizing agent HVA-2 is equivalent to the rubber crosslinking agent HV-268. It is suitable for the vulcanization of general rubber and special rubber. 1 Application in EPDM rubber: HVA-2 is used as a co-crosslinking agent for peroxides to improve the vulcanizate and heat aging resistance, crosslinking density, physical mechanical properties and strength retention rate after aging. Dosage 1-2 servings.
2 Application in nitrile rubber: In light-colored or white filled and reinforced nitrile rubber, HVA-2 can significantly improve heat resistance and reduce compression permanent deformation. It also has a certain effect in carbon black-butyronitrile compound.
3 Application in chlorosulfonated polyethylene: used as crosslinking agent and anti-scorching agent, so that the vulcanized rubber compound has excellent heat resistance, electrical properties and compression permanent deformation resistance. Ca(OH)2+HVA-2+ anti-aging agent AW (MB for light-colored products) system can be used, it can also be used together with magnesium oxide vulcanization system, or used in other vulcanization systems.
4 Application in halogenated butyl rubber: combined use of HVA-2+ZnO, fast vulcanization speed, excellent vulcanized rubber performance. It can also be used in combination with HVA-2+alkyl phenolic vulcanization resin, which has a fast vulcanization speed and excellent heat resistance of vulcanized rubber.
5 Application in natural rubber and different rubber: HVA-2+ accelerator DM (or other accelerators) can be vulcanized at high temperature and fast. The combined use of HVA-2 and sulfur improves the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber to heat and oxygen, and enhances the adhesion between fiber cord and rubber. Regardless of the appearance or dynamic conditions, the adhesion strength has a high retention rate.
6 Application in neoprene: HVA-2 has anti-scorch and hardening effects.
7 Application in butyl rubber: improve heat resistance, volatility resistance and extraction resistance.
8 Application in polyurethane rubber mixing: use with peroxide vulcanizing agent to improve wear resistance and high temperature performance, good compression deformation performance, or use HV-A2 as vulcanizing agent alone to improve oxidation resistance and eliminate the use of peroxide Smell.
9 Application in fluororubber: improve heat resistance.
