　　Chemical name: Styrenated phenol

　　Appearance (visual inspection): light yellow transparent sticky substance off-white or slightly red powder

　　SP content: ≥30%℃

　　Heating loss: ≤1%

　　Refractive index: 1.5985-1.6020 (25℃)

　　Density (30℃): 1.07-1.09g/cm3

　　Ash content (900±25℃): ≤0.5%

　　Properties: This product is a medium-strength anti-aging agent, which has good protection against aging such as thermal oxygen, weather, light, and flexion.

　　Uses: Suitable for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and other synthetic rubber. Easy to disperse, not change color, no pollution. It is easy to emulsify in water, so it is especially suitable for all kinds of light-colored, bright-colored transparent rubber products and latex. This product can also be used as a non-polluting stabilizer for styrene-butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber and antioxidants such as polyolefin and polyoxymethylene. The powder uses calcium carbonate or white carbon black as a carrier. SP-C is mainly used to manufacture high-end shoe materials, adhesive tapes, latex sponges, light-colored products, bright-colored products and transparent products. It can also be used as a non-polluting stabilizer for SBR and NBR.
