Product use This product has a dual structure of hindered phenol and acylhydrazine, and has the functions of anti-oxidation and metal deactivation. This product is a metal deactivator, which can be used alone or in combination with common antioxidants, and has excellent synergy. Suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, polyester, especially suitable for use as phenolic resin antioxidant, can effectively prevent the self-oxidation caused by the presence of transition metal ions (such as catalyst residues) in the polymer . Adding to polymers for insulated wires and cables (including polyolefins and elastomers) has a better effect. The perfect melting characteristics make it easy to mix into the above polymers and other polymer systems without dispersion problems. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5 servings.
